Eivissa, from the Catalonian name for Ibiza, is one of the Balearic Islands located in the Mediterranean Sea in Spain and is divided into two parts: the Old Town and the Modern Town – we prefer Old Town. Eivissa is known for its nightlife and atmosphere and the restaurants are no exception.
